Joe Francis Shackled in Handcuffs is Shy
Joe Francis was caught coming in and out of Federal Court in Panama City, Fla., covering his face with folders and shackled in handcuffs. The "Girls Gone Wild" founder pleaded guilty today to one count of criminal contempt, and is facing three more weeks of jail time.
Joe said the judge in this case had gone wild, so why isn’t he holding his head high as if he did nothing wrong?
