Jess Origliasso to Sue Ex Over Pic Scandal

Jess Origliasso has just confirmed pictures of her without clothes on, are in fact her. The pictures were taken three years ago by an ex lover, and sold to two Australian gossip magazines, as well as an Australian picture agency.

The Veronicas’ management at Warner Music is rumored to be taking legal action against the ex-lover, even though the ex-lover has an equal copyright to the pictures.

Jess’ lesbian lover MTV Australian VJ Ruby Rose, pictured above with Jess, is publicly supporting Jess and said:

"Both Jess and Lisa have had an incredibly difficult week and without doubt I am talking to them and helping them out where I can."

"From the whole situation with the pictures to Lisa Origliasso’s break-up with Dean Geyer, I can’t even imagine how they are coping with it all."

The Veronicas are due to leave Australia in 10 days, heading back to the US in time to release their hit album Hook Me Up in September. Along with Rose, the diminutive star siblings are scheduled to make an appearance at the Dolly Teen Choice Awards at Luna Park on August 13. They will then spend the next eight weeks promoting Hook Me Up in the US ahead of returning to Australia.

The scandal should only help sales of The Veronicas new album.
