Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony Sue Baby Stroller Company
The Silver Cross baby stroller company is being sued by Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony for using a photo of the couple pushing their twins around in an advertisement to sell the strollers without their permission or compensation.
The couple are suing for trademark infringement in federal court. The lawsuit alleges Silver Cross used their photograph online and also in ads without their consent, in turn deceiving the public into "believing that Lopez and Anthony endorse and sponsor" the company.
The lawsuit is asking for $5 million in damages, and a permanent injunction against the company ever using their names and images again. In addition they want monetary compensation from the use of their images.
Lawsuits are a great way to get free publicity.

I guess this is what they’ve resorted to since they’re not making the kind of money they used to! Disgusting! I wouldn’t buy the stroller BECAUSE they had them!
