Who is that blonde Jamie Foxx is pouring alcohol down the throat of? It’s publicity whore Samantha Cole, who is trying hard to stay in the spotlight – and may have found just the right man to do so. The "singer" who once bedded Peter Cook is now dating "Dreamgirls" star Jamie Foxx. They showed up at Marquee Thursday night for the NASCAR Nextel party, where Foxx was said to be mesmerized by Cole’s chest spilling out of a too-small bustier. They bumped and grinded, and Foxx later poured vodka down Cole’s throat direct from the bottle on top of a banquette.
