Jake Gyllenhaal (26) was in Beverly Hills riding as a passenger when he decided to reach out and smack a paparazzi’s camera. It’s possible the paparazzi were once again too close to the car. Better to get your camera smacked than have your foot run over.

    Jake smacking them is great footage. It will sell. Better that just Jake sitting in a car.That is really what the paps are after. They try to provoke a celebrity and create an incident. The downside is they sell it for more money. The upside is selling it, plus a filing a lawsuit. It’s a win win for the paps. Jake needs to go cycling to burn off the agression. He doesn’t really want to show anger. They will take advantage of him and he will never be rid of them.

    What I want to know is who he was in the car with? Was it perhaps his boyfriend, Chris Fischer? I’m not convinced that Jake & Reese are a happy new couple. If he is newly in love why does he seem to have a dark storm cloud around him at all times??

    Kurt, the person driving the car is a female. Not Reese though, probably someone who works for him. Also, you might want to get your facts correct about hsi friend from childhood Chris Fischer. I not call getting annoyed, rightfully so, at the paps as a dark storm cloud around him.
