Howard K. Stern Delays Inquest into Daniel Smith’s Death
Howard K. Stern has temporarily delayed the inquest into how whether Daniel Smith’s death was homicide, suicide, or accidental. The judge in the case has granted Stern’s request to delay the inquest for at least two weeks.
If the verdict is homicide, it will serve as a recommendation to the Attorney General in the Bahamas. The A.G. will then decide whether to charge someone with a crime. Among the 40 witnesses who will testify, staff at the hospital where Daniel died, Larry Birkhead and the star witness, Howard K. Stern. There was one staff member of the hospital that claimed to hear Anna Nicole Smith say to Stern, "You did this!"
Stern’s lawyer argued the law allowing the inquest was flawed, because it was impossible to impanel a fair and impartial jury given the massive publicity surrounding the deaths of Anna Nicole and her son. The jury is made up of seven, all women.
The inquest judge is letting Stern’s lawyer go to the Supreme Court of the Bahamas to argue that the hearing should be permanently blocked.
The Florida coroner could not find enough criminal evidence to accuse anyone of murder in Anna Nicole Smith’s death. However, Stern appears to be so concerned about authorities investigating Daniel Smith’s death that he has a lawyer who is delaying that investigation. If evidence were found incriminating Stern in Daniel’s death, it’s almost certain that Florida authorities would take a fresh look into Anna Nicole’s death.
Stern also appealed to delay the DNA results for the Dannielynn and Larry Birkhead Paternity test last evening.
The appeals and delays by Stern are not the actions of a man with nothing to hide.

I meant what is the purpose of delaying the paternity test. If he really thought the baby was his, he would not delay it, I think he knows Dannilyn does Not belong to him. I also think hes a fraid he will be implicated in Daniels death…hes a creep
i believe taht howard is not the fsther if you hsve nothing to hide why not tske a paternity test for the little girls sake at least

How can Howard delay anything concerning Daniel, he was’nt even a blood relative? And I definitly don’t think that Howard is the daddy, if he was he wouldn’t be delaying the results, I think hes a slime bag.
please larrys’ not the father…..if you look at the pics of him prior to his plastic surgury he looks nothing like that little girl. and if you use the dates he gave theres no way that baby is his, she would of been conceieved 2 -3 weeks before he claims he started sleeping with ANS again. larry is just a publicity whore
He’s just a scumbag who’s watching his world unravel. He’ll get his in the end, and I’ll be glad to never hear of him again.
It hasn’t worked yet he only delayed the investigation of the murder of Danny Boy. I guess he’s making travel arrangements for a country without extradiction and will be headed there as soon as Larry is identified as the real dad (or the gabor leach or whoever the real dad is).
I can’t believe it worked..I am worried about that poor little girl, in the care of a drug pusher…
maybe his concern is that the media has declared him guilty with no evidence and anyone who’s seen a tv in the last few months will know this
