If this does happen, it pretty much assures a Democraric win in the November presidential election. The major polls show Hilary beating whoever the Republican nominee might be, but they show Obama beating the Republican nominee much worse. All the GOP can do is hang their hat on an unlikely Edwards nomination. I don't think Rudy will be the Republican nominee. This is very surprising.
