Heidi Montag didn’t make a good impression on Hollywood Grind readers with her music video filmed by her "I will be a billionaire" boyfriend Spencer Pratt, and apparently others felt the same way. People reports:

When Heidi Montag’s new music video for her single “Higher” debuted online Monday, the clip became an Internet sensation – for all the wrong reasons.

Thousands of PEOPLE readers watched the clip, which was filmed by Montag’s ex-finacé Spencer Pratt on a handheld camera, and answered the question: What do you think of Heidi’s video?

The reception was almost unanimously negative. Readers criticized Montag’s poor lip-syncing, her choreography and even the video concept, which hundreds said too-closely resembled Paris Hilton’s video for “Stars Are Blind.”

“A very amateur video and a very immature voice and performance by Heidi. She is just awkward all the way around. I won’t buy the album and I hope I don’t have to see too much more of Heidi OR Spencer,” Becky writes.

Many others claimed they were “embarrassed” for the Hills star – and predicted her music career wasn’t going too far. “This is awful in every way. Her voice, the song, the video, her plastic body,” Anthony says in a comment.

The video finds Montag prancing around on a beach, splashing in the surf and chasing seagulls in a barely-there pink bikini as an airy synthesizer plays in the background.

It takes more than a plastic chest to impression blog readers.

Well, the girl doeasn’t sing well, she can’t dance, she does something weird with her hands. The song is actually not bad, but her performance pretty much ruins it. I say forget the music career and put her back on the Hills. At least she’s eye candy, and she brings the drama.
