Heather Locklear was arrested for DUI in September, and now she has been charged with DUI. Police says Locklear was not under the influence of alcohol, or illegal narcotics, but may have been under the influence of prescription medication that may have impaired her ability to operate a vehicle safely.

We want to know what she was on.
