Guy Ritchie Responds to Madonna Divorce Leaks

A few days ago Liz Rosenberg, who is the spokesperson for Madonna, released a statement regarding the amount of money Guy Ritchie received in the former couple’s divorce. Today the spokesperson for Ritchie released a dignified statement that left Madonna with egg on her face. Ritchie’s statement reads:

"We have tried to maintain a dignified silence regarding the details of our divorce for the last few months whilst accepting the obvious media interest."

"A misleading and inaccurate statement, specifically in relation to the sums of money involved, was wrongly issued to AP this week."

"The financial details of the settlement will remain private, save to say that both of us are happy with our agreement."

"Our primary concern, like any co-parents, is the care and well being of our children."

During the marriage, Madonna reportedly permitted the family to only eat a macrobiotic diet and prohibited the children from watching TV.

It must be a big relief for Ritchie to have his freedom, and his life back. Thanks to the feminist movement, only women are viewed as victims of a bad marriage. Men are too, they just don’t make their suffering public the way women do.
