Fox News Reporter Attacked at Democratic National Convention

Share

Liberal Democrats who marched at the Democratic National Convention wore bandanas to cover their face, said they were trying to recreate the riots of 1968, where 12 people were killed when rioters burned their homes, and 1,200 buildings were also burned by rioters, 900 of which were businesses. The neighborhoods in those areas were left economically devastated for decades.

At the DNC, marchers got violent when Fox News reporters Griff Jenkins tried to mingle and question them. You don’t see things like this at the Republican National Convention.

Video below, for information purposes only, is Barack Obama arguing against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act (BAIPA) in the Illinois legislature in April of 2002.

  1. These little turds with masks don’t care about politics. These idiots should be castrated. Bush IS NOT RUNING FOR PRESIDENT AGAIN… let the people speak for themselves… causing a riot and injuring innocent people is not democratic at all. They are no different than terrorist that are causing all this crap.

I am glad that I happened upon this blog. Finding that real truths are often tampered with by slants of those with a political agenda. It has never been truth when free speech is denied access because those few don’t want to hear what the real truth is. I applaud you for keeping this real. My vote…is for McCain now. I just left my TV screen with the shock of a charade, a laundry list of to-do’s that will magically fix the world is not truth, nor is it of common sense, it was a show that needed fireworks set off rather than lighting the way to our future with the sparks in the hearts of those of us that heard him, Obama, speak of how “McCain does not get it”…OH…McCain gets it alright. Obama does not “get it”. He was never a prisoner of war and gave up his freedom to leave his pain and suffering and possible death, to stay with his men. THAT is a man…that “gets it”. Attacking McCain tonight when he had the opportunity to talk in detail about his plans for change…were used to slander a much worthier apponent. Thanks for the opportunity for your allowing me to speak.

The reporter is in fact jostled during the clip and if anyone read up on this it got more physical after the camera was turned off. What is more disturbing than those morons is the few here who apparently don’t have a problem with it. Gerry – good riddance, we won’t miss you. Do you dislike that it’s political… or the politics being espoused? As far as Bush’s popularity (or lack thereof), need I remind you that the Democrat controlled Congress if far worse (single digits). Regardless of your political persuasion, these thugs are worthless slime (and spineless judging by how many concealed their identities with bandanas). The ‘68 riots culminated in death and destruction. These people want to “Recreate ‘68″ and feature nutjob Ward Churchill as a leader. By all means feel free to defend them, just remember if you’re going to use the “free speech” line that it applies to Hollywoodgrind as well…

Considering the fact that Rush Limbaugh was ENCOURAGING this kind of behavior, I don’t think Republicans have any room to talk. These are fringe left-wingers, they’re not representative of the party.

Also, why a blog called HOLLYWOOD GRIND taking sides?

  5. Frogge says:

The fact that these protestors seem more interested in re-starting the riots of ‘68 than getting their message out speaks volumes.

  6. The Fux clip reflects how unpopular President Bush are the GOP are right now than anything else. And, that the only people who don’t seem to realize Fox News has a partisan political agenda are the people working for the network.

in response to the other comments:
it doesn’t really look like he was attacked, but the video certainly doesn’t speak well to the mental capacity of liberals. What a great chant they have going on at the end! Think about this, really think: Would you ever see a protest like this at the republican convention?

  8. Attacked? Nobody touches the guy, despite him standing still in the middle of a crowd of moving people. If anything they were going out of their way to go around him.

Stick to good old non-partisan nip-slips.
