This shameless use of a soldier’s misfortune kinda reminds me of how the Republicans used Jessica Lynch and Pat Tilman.Sure the Dems had Cindy Sheehan but the big difference is that Cindy told the truth. The replicans lied about both Lynch and Tilman to further their own political agenda.

Actually mate, I’ve travelled a hell of a lot more around the world than you could ever hope for mate.1) Saddam WAS complying with the UN. That is why the UN took exception to the US invading Iraq. Blaming the British is a total cop out and was your President’s lame excuse for screwing up…but no one buys that because there is such a thing as the CIA to provide your own intelligence. You guys either have an incompetent government who walks blindly into anything or your govt deliberately misled the public and are now stabbing the Brits in the back. Either way, you look dumb.
2) Democracy? The majority of Iraqis are Shiites…the same Shiites who supported Iran during the Iran/Iraq war(during which the US supported Saddam). The Shiites still support Iran, which is why they get arms from them to attack US forces(if they didn’t the insurgents would not be able to act within Iraq). Even your pet Iraqi PM Al-Maliki is bowing under Shi’a pressure. Not only that, Al Qaida was never in Iraq and now they are…go figure.
Which is why today the US is trying to negotiate with the minority Sunnis(the same sect that Saddam was part of) to gain power.
All in all you should have just negotiated with Saddam.
I suggest YOU should travel the world and look before you speak.

HG bias is so obvious, it hurts while laughing at them
I think it’s funny how the republicans are getting their panties in a twist about a gossip magazine; one of the reporters on fox last night was talking about how it is unfair journalism. As a journalism major, i think it is HILARIOUS that anybody would even consider US magazine journalistic work. Give me a break. As for Sarah Palin… she is the creepiest, scariest woman I have ever seen. Her and her pro-life views can go back to Alaska.
Pretty rare qualities for republicans too, sue.
Or have you forgotten, “Iraq has *cough* *cough* WMDs”.
I for one, admire her…at least she’s walks her talk…she had a downs syndrome baby five months ago (opposes abortion), she has a pregnant 17 year old (opposes public sex education)…she may be McCain’s running mate, but she is one person…hardly what’s necessary to overturn Roe V. Wade…at least she seems smart, capable and honest…all rare qualities from the Democrats.
Ok, I don’t see how the US weekly article is so biased. It is just reporting what is going on. She was under attack from bloggers as to why her daughter was out of school for abt 8 mos., as to why she was just ’suddenly’7 months pregnant and NONE of her staff who worked closely with her knew it, so to stop the insinuations that Trig was actually her daughter’s baby and NOT hers, she (PALIN) released the statement that Bristol is 5 mos. pregnant. She is being investigated for the wrongful firing of an employee, and she is a mother of five with embarrassing surprises that seem to be continually coming out. John McCain sure has great judgement! He can sure pick em.

I hate this site so much… but since i hate it so much I can’t stop reading it to fuel my anger…
The person who does this site comes off as a 16 year old hypocritical teen girl… God i hate him.
And many have said that FOX is run by Republicans since it’s biased towards Republicans too.
