it’s Thai, and it’s an ad for life insurance. The owner of the cat works for the life insurance firm and she got rich so the cat got too fat. More like an ad to get people to work there.
“Dicke Katze will abnehmen” translates to “the cat wants to decrease his thickness”, roughly.
