Don Imus Rumored To Be Returning To WFAN

Don Imus friends Mike Francesa and Chris Russo, of "Mike and the Mad Dog," while celebrating the sports station’s 20th anniversary last Friday, whispered that a deal to bring the talk-radio legend back to the radio station is in the works.
"When we return to our regular schedule this September, I hope the team will once again be complete," Francesa said.
Imus has received numerous radio offers, but is unable to accept any deal until he settles with CBS, the station’s owner. A return to airwaves could avoid a potential contentious legal battle over his current contract, reports the New York Post.
Tapes from Imus’ show were featured Friday morning; a highly unusual move for any media outlet that had so recently sent its star packing.

If the rumor is correct… The decision is more then correct.
Owning a business and having someone generate a reported $30 Million Dollars in revenue is better then paying that person $40 Million Dollars and not getting what they payed for.
CBS were the cowards. And now they have to pay up or shut up.

CBS should bring IMUS Back!!! So should MSMBC, and stop with this amateur drivel it has been using. IMUS is a comic and should have been treated as one, the country is NOT better with Don off the air.
Just for the record I am a 52 year old white male, and before someone tries to pigeon hole me my wife is Asian, my business is a black woman, my sister married and had a baby with my best friend as kid and he is black.

The return of Imus would be Great!I haven`t watch MSNBC since he left!An I`ve gone out of My way to not buy sponsors products!I`ve watched your station a few times but all I can say is! BORING!
ALSO! We need a Program that`s will ask the Politicians Questions that need to be asked!It`s AMERICA REMEMBER !
