What a creeper, hopefully she called the police on him. Any girl who is an independent adult who has any self esteem would never even listen past the first minute of his message!

After listening to the audio – I’m confused as to the actual location of this incident…Your page suggests the woman is a San Francisco Marina resident (?) but if so, she would have been in Toronto Ontario Canada when accosted by “Dimitri”
An audible portion of his phone number area code is easily heard as a 416. That is Toronto, not San Francisco.
