Dennis Farina Avoids Felony Charges from Arrest

Dennis Farina was arrested for carrying a concealed .22-caliber handgun onto an airplane when he was flying from Los Angeles to Chicago on May 11. Although he was booked on a felony Los Angeles County prosecutors say there isn’t enough evidence to file felony charges. Instead, the case was referred to the city attorney’s office, which will decide whether to file misdemeanor charges that carry a lighter sentence.

He got lucky.
