   seriously the peroson tht writes this website must hate miley! I mean really you critisized that Miley hangs out with Mandy and that she is toooooo old 4 her, but this dude is 22 years old and Mandy is 21! Seriously if you are going to write stuff be fair or call youwebsite the anti-miley cyrus web! And how is that picture cute when Miley’s pictures are trashy! Be fair!

   Ok so i will help you to get the story straight. The guy’s name is Keith Smith. I have gone to school with him in Fort Worth since forever. He is definitely NOT her boyfriend and i am sure he never has been. He is also out of the closet as a homosexual/gay man.
