Deal Or No Deal Sued For Illegal Gambling!

Four Georgia women have filed a lawsuit suit against the Peacock Network, NBC, after claiming that the ‘Deal or No Deal’ Lucky Case Game is a form of illegal gambling.

The Plantiffs claim that because they had to pay $0.99 to enter the game, which prompts viewers to text the number of the case that believe holds $10,000, it should be classified as a form of illegal gambling.

"Lucky Case Game" contestants may enter the contest for free online, but must fork over $0.99 cents to enter via text message.

The Plantiffs are seeking unspecified damages.
