David Schubert, the Las Vegas deputy district attorney, who prosecuted Paris Hilton and Bruno Mars, was arrested on Saturday for cocaine possession. Hopefully all Schubert’s cases will get reviewed to see if he made the proper recommendations to the court on drug cases.
Now we know why Bruno and Paris didn’t get any jail time, they were fellow addicts of the prosecuting attorney. It’s not what you do wrong, it’s who you know in the court system.
