Mark Geragos appeared on Larry King Live on Friday, and expressed the David Carridine family’s desire to have the FBI assist Thai police in investigating David’s death, which appears now to be a murder. Geragos said:

"They want an investigation. I would think that the people in Bangkok would want to support an investigation and allow the FBI to go over there and assist in the investigation so we can get the answers to the questions."

Tiffany Smith, who was one of David’s managers said:

"All I can tell you is that David did not commit suicide. I can tell you that 100 percent. He would never commit suicide."

With the truth now public that David was hanging in a closet with his hands bound above his head, it is now obvious he was murdered. Further, someone in the Thai police department allowed the forensics picture of David to be obtained and published on a Thai tabloid front page, leaving no doubt that without FBI involvement this crime will never be solved.

It’s a surprise movie productions don’t take greater measures to insure the security of big name targets like David Carradine in dangerous places like Thailand.

We hope Thai tourism suffers until Carradine’s killers are brought to justice. The United States State Department should issue a travel warning for Thailand to put pressure on Thai police to allow the FBI to help them solve this murder.

I hope it was murder! If not I would give up the arts. I would have a hard time understanding a Kung Fu great taking his own life. The art is all about the inner meaning of life and the sharing of it to others.
