David Beckham Almost Attacks a Fan

David Beckham (number 23) was presented with signs from fans showing their displeasure over Beckham’s choice to play for teams other than LA Galaxy while he was under contract to LA Galaxy.

Sunday was Beckham’s return game, and some fans expressed their anger holding up signs that read "Go Home Fraud," "Repent," and "Here before, Here After, Here Despite 23."

Despite both of the 2 goals LA Galaxy made being setup by Beckham, allowing them to tie AC Milan, fans were not impressed.

When Beckham first told booing fans to come down there and say that, one fan angrily did. That’s when Beckham held out a hand to shake the angry fan’s, but the fan was having none of it, so Beckham started to lose his own temper.

The fact is, Beckham is one of the best soccer players in the world, and LA Galaxy is lucky to have him if even for a limited number of games. It is also important however for fans to remind Beckham the game isn’t just about him, it’s about loyal fans who have certain expectations of their players.

The angry fan who had the restrained shouting match with Beckham was Josh Paige who is holding up his LAPD issued trespassing ticket with thrilled friends.
