Danielle Hayes Kicked Off American Idol for Criminal Record

Danielle Hayes was first approved then kicked off American Idol after it was discovered she has a criminal record for DUI and marijuana possession.

I believe in second chances, but American Idol has set tough standards to make sure their winner is a good example for the young people aspiring to be like them, and I support that approach.

As Hayes said, maybe someone else will take a chance on her. Remember kids, there are a lot of innocent people who get convicted of crimes every day, so don’t make the mistake of actually committing a crime, because it might just ruin your chances of having a good life.
