Cristian de la Fuente Ruptured a Tendon

Despite rupturing a tendon in his left arm, Cristian de la Fuente said he is willing to continue in the competition with his partner Cheryl Burke. Fuente asked viewers to vote for them. (Sympathy vote)

Fuente will require surgery to repair the ruptured tendon, which was confirmed by an MRI. His doctor said the surgery could be performed at a later date.

Fuente should have done the right thing and just withdraw from the competition. His arm needs surgery, and he needs it to dance. Of course, if Heather Mills can dance with one leg, maybe Fuente can pull it off with one arm, but it’s doubtful.
