Charlie Walker Has Died

Charlie Walker, a Grand Ole Opry member, died at the age of 81 on Friday morning. Charlie was recently diagnosed with colon cancer, and is survived by his wife Connie and 10 children.
Charlie was honky-tonk singer best known for his 1958 recording of Harlan Howard’s Pick Me Up on Your Way Down, he also enjoyed a successful career as a radio broadcaster and was inducted into the Country Radio DJ Hall of Fame in 1981.
Don’t forget to eat food with a lot of fiber.
