Charlie Sheen has his Say in Divorce War

Charlie Sheen is starting to get out his side after EVIL Denise
Richards leveled nasty allegations to gain control in divorce proceedings.
Denise filed for divorce in early 2005, but the couple was supposed to be trying
to reconsile differences and fix the marriage, however, Denise was apparently
just lulling Charlie into feeling secure again just to try to spy and dig up
some dirt she could use against him in the divorce. From the paperwork filed, it
looks like Denise found nothing so she had to just make up stuff, with some
related to Charlie’s past bad behavior.

I think Charlie can be a conspiracy nut, but all differences aside I hope
Charlie gets the kids. It would be nice to see just ONE judge see a bi ach for
what she is. Good luck Charlie. Denise wouldn’t be so bad if there weren’t kids
involved.

STEINES: "Charlie, she is making some pretty strong allegations in the
documents filed. What’s your reaction?"

SHEEN: "Shock. I’m deeply saddened because this is clearly demonstrating a
wanting and willful attempt at what I describe as a radical and transparent
smear campaign and clearly a departure from sound, sane, responsible
co-parenting."

Denise doesn’t want co-parenting because that would mean she wouldn’t get
child support, so she’s gonna try to cut Charlie out altogether and not let him
see the kids to guarantee she gets a check every month. EVIL! Those poor kids!

CHARLIE SHEEN is defending himself in his first interview since a judge
granted actress DENISE RICHARDS a temporary restraining order, requesting
Sheen maintain his distance from Richards and their two daughters, SAM, 2, and
LOLA, 10 Months. The order does allow the "Two and a Half Men" star weekly
visitations with his children.

Sheen tells Entertainment Tonight co-anchor MARK STEINES, in an exclusive
sit-down interview, airing Monday, April 24 on Entertainment Tonight, that
allegations made by Richards in court papers filed Friday, April 21, in Los
Angeles Superior Court, are "baseless." Sheen says, "I move forward and
maintain my integrity and I keep my chin up and I focus on my children."

STEINES: "Charlie, she is making some pretty strong allegations in the
documents filed. What’s your reaction?"

SHEEN: "Shock. I’m deeply saddened because this is clearly demonstrating a
wanting and willful attempt at what I describe as a radical and transparent
smear campaign and clearly a departure from sound, sane, responsible
co-parenting."

STEINES: "How is it that it got to this point?"

SHEEN: "It is a reaction to a failed marriage, a reaction to some twisted
desire — real or imagined — to hurt, to punish, to discredit, to completely
torpedo, to undermine my perception as a responsible father… a contributing
father, a guy who would give his life for his children."

Sheen tells ET that Richards’ filing is a "heinous document of fiction." He
also says that the fact his children will be able to one day read these court
documents is "the worst part."

Sheen continues that Denise Richards is, "the only one entirely culpable for
putting these radical allegations out for public consumption … my children
included. And, I find that as unacceptable as anything I’ve ever encountered."

Sheen and Richards were married June 15, 2002. Richards filed for divorce
March 2, 2005, with Sheen responding with court papers of his own on March 21,
2005.

Sheen is the star of the CBS series "Two and a Half Men." His other credits
include "Spin City" and the feature films ‘Scary Movie 4,’ ‘Scary Movie 3,’
‘Hot Shots,’ ‘Young Guns’ and ‘Platoon.’ Richards most recently starred in the
short-lived UPN series "Sex, Love and Secrets." Her feature films include
‘Scary Movie 3,’ ‘Starship Troopers’ and the 007 flick ‘The World Is Not
Enough.’ She posed for the December 2004 cover of Playboy.
