Brooke Hogan Makes Trouble for Brother Nick

Nick Hogan took responsibility for almost killing his friend in a street race, and was sentenced to 8 months in jail. Brooke Hogan isn’t helping him much with a post she wrote today on her MySpace blog:

I know most of the public thinks my brother is some rich little selfish kid, but NO ONE knows the real story and I’m really pissed that the truth didn’t come out from either side. A LOT of lies were told in that trial. Believe me. And it wasn’t from us. John was NEVER home. He was at our house. ALL THE TIME. that should say enough…. Im not going to be out spoken right now, but If some s*** doesn’t start getting straightened out, A lot of people are going to eat their words for lieing. I know all of the truth and I have back up. I never know how twisted this world could be but I’m starting to figure it out. And I’m gonna have to jump off my high road and tackle some ppl who are taking the low road. I know you guys don’t understand, but you will really really soon. Keep praying. And by the way, before you judge anybody, make sure you really know them. I promise you if you were to meet my brother he would give you the shirt off his back. He’s not "NICK HOGAN." AND hes not the person he plays on tv. People are so gullible now a days…"

Someone must have informed Brooke that she sounds like an idiot. The judge said Nick showed remorse for his crime, but Brooke is making things worse by painting him as an innocent victim. Brooke might have trouble taking responsibility for her actions, but Nick isn’t, and that’s a good thing. It help him from getting a 5 year jail sentence.

The truth is, Nick hurt his friend really bad by doing something illegal, and now he’s paying for his crime. I have a feeling things would not go so well for Brooke with her attitude, if she gets in trouble with the law.

    Brooke is acting merely as a sister. If people were to talk untrue stuff about my family I would defend myself and my family no matter what. She didnt sound like an idiot for expressing that allegedly some people lied in the trial and she knew the truth. She just defended her position. She is definitely not putting her brother as the victim. She is not making any allegations at all concerning that matter. She just said lies where told and soon the truth would come out. I don’t see the relevance or link with “putting nick as the victim” obviosly who wrote this just wants to gossip. Just pure gossip. Nick accepted his punishement. Of course he’s going to whine. What 17,18,19,20 and even 21 year old and more wouldn’t if they go to jail? Like its that easy. I bet who wrote this would be a real macho if ever gets to go to jail. People come on! Yes, its wrong what he did. Isn’t he paying for it? Isn’t he trying to pay for it? What else do u want? Isn’t that what he was supposed to do and, err is doing? Besides the cameras, money, and everything else; there is a dad, a mom, and a sister involve. They could not be a regular family but they are still a family. Geez. Leave the boy serve his time and just get him off the hook. Brooke did the right thing. My sisters would defend me, I would defend then. Its called family for a reason.

    JUDGE NOT LEST YE BE JUDGED! Everyone needs to remember that the Hogans are not your everyday average family. They are constantly in the public eye and under pressure none of us could understand. I’m sure we ALL have secerets we would rather not see printed on the front page of the paper. We all need to step away from the “spoiled rich kid” stereotype and say “Hey the kid screwed up and now he is in jail” what more do we want?

    i have always loved the hogan family and i see that they always welcomed their childrens friends.

    BUT i don’t think Nick should make a reality show out of this…So many people have turned against the hogans and i think the reality show would actually make things worse for nick and not better …especially since he was quoted as saying ” whatever makes me the most money”

    I’ll never understand why his parents let him speed race…if my parents caught me speeding they would take my car away.
