Britney Spears Stopped by Police
Britney Spears was stopped for speeding by the California Highway Patrol on her way to Las Vegas. She continued driving for about a mile with cops lights flashing behind her. When she finally pulled into a gas station another cop car was waiting for her. She gave the excuse that she was speeding because the paparazzi were chasing her. Cops bought the story, and let her go. One cop commented, "it pays to be a pop star."
I was caught speeding once and I told them I was trying to outrun the demons in my head, but they still gave me a ticket and called me crazy. I guess police only take a person seriously when they’re a celebrity.
Back at Britney’s house authorities are investigating claims that Britney is not caring for her dog properly. Madeline Bernstein, President of SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) in Los Angeles said:
"We have received various sources of complaints throughout the day. Some said that Britney’s Yorkie dog was injured and had a cast on, and some said the dog had a broken leg and was not treated. After the calls started pouring in, we did go to Britney’s house today [on Mulholland Drive] but were just able to leave a note with the housekeeper. The matter is not if the dog had an accident, but if the dog is getting proper care."
Britney probably ran the dog over when she pulled into the garage at 90 MPH, as she was trying to outrun the paparazzi. I guess I should just be thankful she didn’t run over Sean or Jayden, this time.

Enough about these girls, if we did not read the trash (myself included), talk about them, then maybe, just maybe, they would all disappear. I could care less if I ever see one of these girls on another magazine cover. or hear their music. They all need to go back to work in a real job, and forget they ever were celebrities. We sure see how celebrity can turn you into screwed up people.
All of you have serious issues if you are having a problem with her getting out of a speeding ticket its not like she got a DUI and got away with that (like Lindsey). Why dont you worry about Katie Holmes falling with her baby because she was wearing 5 inch heels, or Courtney Cox riding in a canoe with CoCo and she is not wearing a life jacket. These are things to be concerned about not speeding tickets, and as you can see she did not continue to drive someone else did.
i have nothing to say about britney’s actions. they speak for themselves. but the cops’ attitude made me sick to my stomach. once her erratic behavior on the road kills an innocent citizen or one or both of her children, perhaps…only perhaps…the law will intervene. unfortunately, it will be too late. what is happening to this world???
this young person has serious problems lets hope she can get help before it is too late
She probably offered to DO THEM all at the same time. WTF! I’m so tired of people enabling her out of control behavior.
