Britney Spears Must Show in Court to See Kids

Britney Spears is being urged by her legal team to show up for the court hearing scheduled for tomorrow. Commissioner Scott Gordon expects Britney to explain her crazy behavior, and involuntary 5150 mental health admission to a psychiatric unit. If Britney doesn’t show, and give adequate explanation, the commissioner may strip her of all visitation until the divorce trial in April.

If Britney does show up for court the Sheriff’s Department say they won’t give her any assistance. The Sheriff’s Department says Britney has been "totally uncooperative" with them. The biggest issue for law enforcement is knowing when she will show up. They can’t just use tax payer money to be on standby for a private citizen. The Sheriff’s Department says they will only work out assistance with Britney’s attorney.

Although it seems that Britney’s appearance won’t change the outcome of the hearing, she still needs to make the effort if she cares about her kids. Britney doesn’t even need the Sheriff’s Deptartment anyway, since her boy toy paparazzi Adnan Ghalib seems to be able to handle everyone for her, judging by the video above.
