Britney Spears May have Copied Trash Me

It appears the Britney Spears song If You See Amy off her about to be released Circus album, is a direct copy of the song Trash Me by Jessie Malakouti which was record in March 2008. It sure sounds like a copy to me, how about you? Is it Britney’s fault, or the person helping her write her material?
