Is Britney Spears resorting to the old "Oops, I did it again!" crotch shot approach to get some attention?

Granted, it’s hard to compete with the born-again Paris Hilton and drug-dealer pounding Lindsay Lohan for the spotlight, but let’s be more original, mmm’kay, Brit-Brit?

Perhaps she’s trying to counteract the jiggly Mexico photos that have been floating around the Internets.

TMZ has posted video here of Britney Spears (intentionally? obliviously?) showing off her goodies last night as she bends over to climb into the back seat of the SUV.

Even the photographers are over it!  You can hear them groaning in the background.
