Britney Spears was ordered by a judge to take parenting classes and abstain from alcohol 12 hours before seeing her children. The next day she went partying at the clubs. Attorney John Schweitzer said this to Star Magazine:

On ignoring the judge’s orders
“By going out like this she is really running the risk of losing custody of her kids. The judge is now going to watch very move she makes. The judge gets the newspaper like everyone else and he will take something like this into consideration until his final ruling is made.”

On the legal consequences Britney could face
“Some of the punishments could include holding her in contempt of court, which could result in a fine, imprisonment or both. Or, the judge gives more visitation rights to the other parent, in this case Kevin, or, he can take the children away if he feels Britney is not focusing on the best interest of the children.”

On what Britney should do to keep her kids
“If I were her lawyer I would tell her to lie low, stay in the house and spend time reading to her sons and doing arts and craft projects with them to enforce learning and bonding.”

They put warning labels on things like Preparation H just for people like Britney. It says, "DO NOT TAKE THIS ORALLY." You know that label is there because someone wrote them a letter:

"Dear P H,

I took your product, and now my mouth is so small I can’t even eat a jell bean, and I still got them hemorrhoids, but I can whistle really good."

    Britney is a grown woman, should know between right from wrong and some common sense. Every one knows that children comes first, and especialy for their well being. When you bring a child into this world, its no longer “YOU” anymore. It’s now for the child, the child gets first of everything, and as a mother you have to sacrifice everything for that child. That includes parties, drinking, drugs,etc… and maybe a change of friends. With all the re-hab treatments that she recieved, the counceling, especilly the threat of removing the kids from her custody should have been enough to shake reality for her to shape up. She is no longer that little girl any more, that was the past, now she is a grown-up with grown-up responsilities.Sorry to say, those poor boys of hers are suffering without their mother,i only feel pitty for them, and they do need a mother and father to take care of them properly, and loved in a stable home. I only wish the best for these boy’s and give them all my blessings. But i don’t feel sorry for Britney, she had all the help she recieved, and so that is why the court ordered the boy’s to be removed from her custody. The real tragedy would be if something really bad would to happen to her kids if she continues to live that life-style.

    Britney really, really needs help she will end up just like Anna Nicole. Poor kiddies, they need to be with daddy for awhile at least he does have help, like Shar Jackson and Brits mom.
    Just hope the people with Britney start saying no to her and quite worring about their jobs!

    I forsee a tragic end to all this; sadly it seems no one cares about her well being, but only wants to pick her apart and stomp her. Remember, she’s a human being too, and was a child star who never got to be a child growing up…a little compassion here as well as safekeeping for her boys
