Britney Spears Back in Rehab so Kevin Federline Cancels Emergency Custody Hearing

Britney Spears, for the third time, is now back in rehab. Kevin Federline had an emergency custody hearing scheduled for today, but that hearing has been cancelled since Britney has agreed to go back to rehab.

The Spears family is giving Kevin their full support with regards to the children, and even more support to help get Britney treatment for her addictions.

Federline is concerned for Spears’ welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. Federline is saying this will be Spears’ last chance, if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children.

A source said Spears showed up at Federline’s house last night and he wouldn’t let her in. Sources also say the kids are now in the custody of Federline and have been since last week.

Spears has been admitted to an inpatient rehab program that is supposed to last between 30 and 45 days.

    for once i’m actually 100% on federline’s side.
    good for him for standing up as a father figure to those children. whether it be for publicity or not, he’s making the smartest decision he ever has.
    britney is certainly not deserving of her children. look at how much of their lives she’s been absent from thusfar as she’d rather party.
