Britney Spears and Kevin Federline Haggle Over Money or The Kids

If you were spending a day with your son, would you carry your dog, or your son? Britney didn’t spend the whole day with her kids. That evening Britney went out partying again at Il Sole and then Sky Bar.

Britney’s estranged husband Kevin Federline turned down a $10 million offer in December, and is now asking for an astonishing $50 million, about one third, or maybe half, of Brit’s net worth, to give up full custody of the kids. With all her partying Britney Spears has good reason to worry about keeping full custody of Sean Preston, 16 months, and Jayden James, 4 months. Kevin Federline has cleaned up, and laid low. Under the law K-Fed is entitled to half of the assets, but I believe joint custody, with no child support for either side, would benefit the children more than giving custody to only one parent. Neither Britney nor K-Fed are ideal role models.
