BreatheHeavy Battles Jamie Spears
BreatheHeavy.com posted a desperate cry for help in it’s battle against Britney Spears father, Jamie Spears, and the legal conservatorship.
BreatheHeavy.com’s site owner, Jordan Miller, claims his site is a non-profit so as to get around copyright violation allegations, and alleges Jamie Spears is making money off his daughter, and has imprisoned her.
Jamie has threatened BreatheHeavy.com with legal action if they don’t stop using Ms. Spears name and likeness, etc. The conservatorship attorney, Brad Rose, told Miller in a phone conversation:
“You are an uber fan who’s gone a little too far.”
Miller is no longer using ads on the site, so he is asking for PayPal donations to pay the $350.00 per month site operation fee.
Good luck with that.
If Miller weren’t such an uber Britney fan, maybe he’d realize there is a lot of other celebrity news he could report on, besides just news about Britney. This is situation where the monkey has his hand stuck in the cookie jar.

Jordan is a psycho. A twenty year old kid spending all his time on a celebrity is not normal. Maybe he can find a life know that he has so much free time. He should get out of the house..see daylight..make some friends. Maybe therapy would be usefull.
