The California Highway Patrol has recommended that singer-actress Brandy be prosecuted for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. A C.H.P. source says his department has ruled out mechanical malfunction as the cause of the crash. The source adds that the C.H.P. believes Brandy "was just going too fast" and "was the person at fault."
If convicted, Brandy could face one year in L.A. County Jail and a $1,000 fine.

Just keep in mind that if it were you driving that car, if it were you killing that person in an accident, you would be in jail. Have no doubt that regular citizens like all of you and myself would be rotting in jail for vehicular manslaughter. Sure it was an accident, otherwise it would be called an on purpose. But it was a fatal accident caused by Brandi’s negligence. She should be rotting in jail, just as all of you and I would be. Just because she is famous and has some cash she gets away with it. What if that was your family member in the crash that died. I bet all of you wouldn’t be saying, “They should leave Brandi alone, it was an accident…” All of you are ignorant.

Tony you are a very bitter person. Like God forgives us for our sins a thousand times one,yeah if it was one of our relatives,being bitter can not bring that person back, but put them at peace.
