Brandy Sued for Wrongful Death For $50 Million

As reported by Fox News earlier today, the family of the woman killed in a car crash involving Brandy has filed a wrongful death lawsuit. The family has also asked for an apology from Brandy, in addition to the condolences she already expressed.

The family of Awatef Aboudihaj filed the lawsuit today in Van Nuys, California. Lawyers for the family of the deceased claim, "Defendant Brandy Norwood was driving recklessly in the freeway when her car collided with Awatif Aboudihaj’s car." Meanwhile, the Los Angeles City Attorney is considering the CHP’s recommendation to criminally charge Brandy with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
