Black Panther Voter Intimidation in Philadelphia

  Share

Rick Leventhal, from Fox News, was outside a building where two guys who said they were from the New Black Panthers were standing outside in their black uniforms and sunglasses. One of the Black Panthers claimed he was security, and kept waving around a police baton. White voters complained they felt intimidated since the Black Panthers were standing at the doorway armed with a weapon. Police were called and escorted the Black Panther with the police baton away from the building.

The Black Panther Party claim there is no New Black Panthers, and have issued a statement here.

There is going to be a lot of controversy if the election is close, and incidents like this will be all over the news. Violence, and threats, are not American, and are a slap in the face of our freedom and right to choose.

The candidates are being judged today by voters, and every voters’ voice needs to be heard. There may be a lot of people doing whatever they can to steal the election, but whatever the outcome, our new President will be OUR President. This is how the process works. Let’s just hope our new President remembers we’re all Americans, not just those that supported him.

We’ll have the election results as they come in. Don’t forget to vote today, and grab a free coffee from Starbucks.

  1. Robert says:

It’s not the job of the New Black Panther Party to guard polling places and yes they were there to intimidate whites.
Secondly, there is a big difference between the Guardian Angels and the New Black Panther Party. The Guardian Angels isn’t a racist hate group.
No one is getting hyterical, the report merely exposes media bias and hypocrisy because as far as I know, no other media outlet ran the story. If the Klan had been there there would have been a entirely diffrent outcome.

As I understand it, these guys were trying to make sure no black voters were turned away. The Guardian Angels do stuff like this.

But no need to get dressed up like that. It just sends the wrong message. I don’t think the aim was to scare whites. Peaceful solution. No need to get hysterical
