I don’t think Billy Ray is using Miley. But yes, he is getting more famous becouse of Miley. But why would he turn down gigs when he love making music, and perform? I believe he is a good person, and so is Miley.
This guy is getting more famous just because of Miley.
Miley is famous now because her dad USED TO be famous. No he wants fame to, and is using Miley.
Dude, miley is a grown up, she can solve everything by herself.
Billy Ray has become more famous through Miley than he was through “Achy Breaky Heart.” Do you think he’d be getting these gigs if he wasn’t her dad?
