Beyonce to be a Desperate Housewife

Beyonce is the latest celebrity to make a cameo appearance on a TV show. Desperate Housewives, on ABC, has contracted Beyonce do a cameo, but the show is hoping to make her part of the cast. A source said:

“They’ve already agreed to give Beyoncé a cameo appearance, but we’re hoping that she could be written in for a recurring role, or possibly even a permanent one.”

Beyonce has already proven her acting skills in several movies including Austin Powers - Goldmember, The Pink Panther, and Dreamgirls, and she’s a wife.

The writer’s strike has turned off viewers so much, they are turning to the Internet more than turning on their favorite TV show. To attract viewers again, TV shows are hiring celebrities. Good move.
