Barron Hilton Charged with DUI

The Los Angeles District Attorney has charged Paris Hilton’s little brother, Barron Hilton, with DUI, misdemeanor driving with .08 or above blood alcohol level, unlawful use of a license, and unlicensed driving. A court date has been set for April 14. The 18-year-old was arrested for driving under the influence on February 12 in Malibu.

Paris was snapped by paparazzi multiple times coming out of 21 years-old and over bars in Los Angeles, with a drunk looking Barron. Paris is rumored to have started Britney on drugs, and alcohol, and maybe her brother too.

With all the DUI and drugs cases that we’ve been reporting on over the past year, we’ve seen the ladies walk, and the men go to jail. Barron’s case will be even more interesting to see if he gets more jail time than his big sis.
