Ashley Todd Lied About Being Attacked by Obama Supporter

Ashley Todd has admitted that she lied about a black Obama supporter robbing her, beating her, then carving a backwards "B" for Barack in her right cheek.

Police noted a lot of inconsistencies in Ashley’s story, so they administered a polygraph test, but authorities declined to release the results of that test. Pittsburgh Police Public Information Officer Diane Richard released a statement earlier today, saying:

"Because of the inconsistencies in her statements, Ms. Todd was asked to submit to a polygraph examination which she agreed to do."

Investigators did say that they received photos from the ATM machine and "the photographs were verified as not being the victim making the transaction."

Pittsburgh police commander told KDKA Investigator Marty Griffin that Todd confessed to making up the story.

As a result of filing a false police report, Ashley will face charges. What she did was a crime.

Ashley is a hardcore McCain supporter, and her false story appears to have been politically motivated, although she has no association with anything but a College Republican group.

David Kernell, who hacked into Sarah Palin’s personal email on Yahoo, may not face any charges for breaking federal law. Obama supporters have said Kernell should not face charges. With this type of sentiment on the Obama supporter side, don’t be surprised to hear McCain supporters say Ashley should also not face charges.
