Ashley Dupre Was 17 in Girls Gone Wild Video

Ashley Dupre, the hooker the screwed Eliot Spitzer, appears to have been only 17 years-old when she made a Girls Gone Wild video for Joe Francis. Her lawyer, Don Buchwald, says Ashley’s birthday was April 30, 1985, and the footage was shot between March 13 and March 20, 2003, making her 17.

Head guy at Girls Gone Wild, Joe Francis, says even if she was 17, Florida and Federal law permits her to be filmed in any state of undress … as long as she consents and there is no "sexual contact." Joe says there was "no sexual contact."

Joe also says Girls Gone Wild has a "corporate policy" not to use girls under 18, and so they have "delayed the release of Ms. Dupre’s n*de footage on the Internet and are investigating the matter."
