Ashley Dupre Gives Girls Gone Wild Her Consent – Video

Joe Francis said Ashley Dupre had given her verbal consent, and said she was 18 years-old on camera, and she in fact did. Girls Gone Wild cameras also showed her ID saying she was of legal age. Francis has said before that the law allows a 17 year-old to be filmed without clothes on as long as there is no sexual activities.
