Anna Nicole Smith’s Mother Claims Daniel Wayne Smith Was Murdered

It looks like Daniel Smith’s grandmother agrees with me that she too thinks Daniel Smith was murdered. I first mentioned my suspicion on 9-27 when I said, "We’ve got a murder mystery who-done-it on our hands! Could it have been Howard K. Stern, or someone else? It doesn’t look like a suicide, or a natural death at all." On 9-28 I said, "While this all gets sorted out, everyone is assuming Daniel Smith died accidentally, but I think someone gave him the methadone knowing it could kill him." On 10-2 I said, "The Anna Nicole camp are trying to paint this as an accidental death rather than a suicide. Police believe there could be more to Daniel’s death. I hope they conduct a murder investigation so that all the facts will come out. The question here is ’Who gave, or suggested Daniel take methadone.’" On 10-11 I said, "I still want to know who killed Daniel Smith." Here’s more:

The grandmother of Anna Nicole Smith’s dead son Daniel Wayne Smith has claimed that her grandson was murdered.

Daniel Wayne, 20 was found dead in his mother’s hospital room in the Bahamas on September 10 just hours after she had given birth to her baby daughter Dannilyn.

After two post mortems toxicology tests revealed that Daniel Wayne had died from a cocktail of drugs in his system.

It was found that Daniel Wayne had taken a concoction of methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro that caused cardiac dysrhythmia leading to his sudden death.

His grandmother Virgie Arthur is unable to accept that his death was accidental she claims that Daniel Wayne “didn’t take an overdose.”

She said to the Sun: “It was murder. The levels of drugs in his body are way too high. Someone has to pay.”

A memorial service was held in Texas for Daniel last weekend that was attended by his estranged father Billy Smith who had not seen his son since he was two years old.

An inquest into the death of Daniel Wayne will take place in the Bahamas on October 23; it is believed that Anna Nicole will be transporting his body to Hollywood for his funeral.
