This photo was sent in alleging this is Anna Nicole Smith after she died. This is her, she is covered in vomit, but not dead. Her lips are not blue, and her skin is still pink and oxygenated. The pink in her hair is very festive for the ocassion. The sad part is someone close to her chose to take this picture of her passed out naked in her own vomit, rather than making sure her mouth and airway were clear of the vomit, and perhaps wiping her mouth and chest off. This is Anna alive, and not her corpse. It is possible this photo could have been taken earlier on the day she died. It is a reminder of how no one around her really cared about her as a human being, except her son who met the same fate. The inquest into Daniel’s death is still pending.     are u kidding me? she was a sick piece of trash, she allowed herself to be exploited by losers…though i would not have taken pictures of her decline there is not doubt i would have laughed in her face.

    This is too sad. who ever took this and had it released didnt care about her at all.Why would they want this too be one of the last views of her?Why oh why did we have to remember her like this?There sure are some sick son of a guns in this world for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Shes definatly not dead, shes kinda sitting up, I dont think dead people can do that…..
