Anna Nicole Smith Body Custody Awarded to Dannielynn Guardian Ad Litem
A teary eyed Judge Larry Seidlin has ruled that the Guardian Ad Litem, Richard Milstein, of Dannielynn is awarded custody of Anna Nicole Smith’s body, and the disposition of Anna’s body shall be handled in consultation with the three parties. Let the appeals begin. In the meantime, Anna will supposedly be buried in the Bahamas next to her son Daniel’s unmarked grave.
The paternity of Dannielynn is still in the slow moving hands of the California judge. The fact that Dannielynn is in the Bahamas still remains the biggest obstacle.
Update: Howard K. Stern is allowing Larry Birkhead, and Virgie Arthur to attend Anna’s funeral in the Bahamas. Birkhead’s attorney was tearful in thanking Stern for letting Birkhead see his daughter at the funeral, but who knows for sure if Stern will actually have Dannielynn at the funeral. Do you think Stern will allow Birkhead and his attorney near Dannielynn?

I don’t understand why everyone is so easy to blame Howard regarding ANS death. She had a history of being into drugs and alcohol prior to meeting him.
I think Howard and Nicole were dependent on each other. The co-dependency they shared was obviously unhealthy, but they were there for each other, good or bad. Is it so different for Howard to be supported financially than it was for Michelle Triola to have been supported by Lee Marvin??? I beleive it’s called “palimony” . . . just because he’s a man? C’mon! I actually make more money, a whole lot more, than my boyfriend of 4 and a half years, and we live together. It is my decision to support his endeavors. I buy his clothes, most of the groceries, mortgage – - so what – - its a mutual agreement. I’m sure ANS & Howard Stern had a similar one.
I think Howard has no choice BUT to allow Larry to see the baby, and to go along with the judge’s recommendation that they all realize each party had love towards Anna Nicole, and that for now, at least, they have to get along. Anna Nicole should be with Daniel. She had the choice of sending Daniel back to the United States at the time of his death, but she chose to have him buried there.
