Amy Winehouse Visa Denied

Amy Winehouse was attempting to get a visa into the United States, but after embassy officials reviewed her history of frequent problems with the law, including a video of Amy smoking crack that made its way onto the Internet, and her recent interview with cops, the U.S. embassy in London DENIED Amy’s visa request. As you can see by the picture, she took the news like a real lady. Her rep said:

"Amy Winehouse will not be performing at this year’s Grammy Awards ceremony. Unfortunately, her application for a visa to enter the United States of America has been rejected at this time by the American Embassy in London. Amy has been progressing well since entering a rehabilitation clinic two weeks ago and although disappointed with the decision has accepted the ruling and will be concentrating on her recovery."

Amy would probably find some crack on her hotel pillow instead of a mint, and collapse during her Grammy performance anyway, so it’s no loss.

Amy will most likely perform, and pass out, via satellite.
