Amy Winehouse Shows Up for Award Late
Amy Winehouse won the Ivor Novello Award earlier today, but she was late. Amy’s father, Mitch, accepted the award on her behalf, and said:
"Amy unfortunately couldn’t make it. She’s getting better, and she sends you all her love."
Amy eventually showed up with a heart shaped "Blake" pin in her hair, and said she was doing "very well."
One of these days Amy really won’t show up, because she’ll be overdosed. What a waste of talent. Someone else could have put that gift to better use.
