Amy Winehouse Rehab Rumor DENIED

Eliezer Cohen is claiming in the Jewish Chronicle that Amy Winehouse will fly to Israel to undergo a short term intensive, and effective, treatment for her drug and alcohol addictions.

Andre Waismann, who will reportedly be treating Amy at the Barzilai Medical Centre said:

"There is a misunderstanding about drug addiction. People think it is a social and psychological problem, but it’s a neurological problem."

It won’t work for Amy. She’ll be dead before she gets off drugs.

Chris Goodman, a spokesman for Winehouse, said that Winehouse had "no plans" to travel to Israel, and added:

"These are just old rumors. She’s going back in the studio and has absolutely no plans to go abroad for treatment."

Amy wouldn’t go to rehab unless she was unconscious, and woke up in rehab. Even then, she’d probably chew her hand off to escape.
