Amy Winehouse on House Arrest Drinks Wine at Performance

Amy Winehouse told Rolling Stone magazine in an interview recently:

"I’ve never been to rehab, I mean, done it properly. I’m young, and I’m in love, and I get my nuts off sometimes."

Amy confessed to doing drugs while in rehab, so a rep from her record label told the Daily Mail that given the Amy’s confession she did drugs in rehab, Amy is "effectively under house arrest" with a security guard posted to keep dealers out of her house.

Despite the house arrest Amy was still out shopping for snacks. I don’t think I’d eat any of that food after Amy put her butt up against the glass.

Amy is finding ways around her constant monitoring. She sipped from a glass of red wine (in the video below), and looked a bit unsteady on her feet as she appeared in front of a large audience at the Rock in Rio music festival southeast of Madrid on Friday. Amy kicked off her high stiletto heels to change into her favorite white moccasins.

Once finished at Rock in Rio, she did not stay for an encore and left the outdoor concert venue by helicopter. Amy has been going straight back to house arrest, as opposed to a rehab clinic, after all her performances. It’s either that or a conservatorship like happened to Britney Spears. Keep your fingers crossed that Mitch Winehouse can do with Amy what Jamie Spears has done with Britney.
